We launched a recording-first experience for remote teams, enabling the creation of team meeting rooms, the addition of topics before and during meetings, and a timeline visualizer to track participant engagement. A shareable recording viewer ensures easy access to all rich recorded content.
I set up a lean framework to ideate based on how might we statements and the lean product canvas. We ran several rounds of this before we narrowed on the final product.
I was the sole designer on a 6 person team running product design, research, branding, and marketing. We launched an experimental product in private beta in 2023, with successful validation for our problem space.
